Optimal Cares Halloween Car Show

The 2019 Optimal Cares event will be a Halloween Car Show FREE ADMISSION presented by Greenlawn Funeral Homes - Cremations - Cemeteries Saturday, October 26th from 10am - 2pm at the Bakersfield RV Resort. The event is open to the public and FREE to attend. There will be food from the The Crest Bar and Grill plus vendor booths, prize drawings, music, trunk or treat for the kid, and a costume contest.

Raffle proceeds will benefit local cat & kitten shelter Meow Co. The mission of MEOW co. is to save abandoned cats & kittens from euthanasia, and find them a loving home. They do this by helping end the killing in California's animal shelters through designing community programs and partnerships all throughout the state. They believe that by working together we can Save The Kitties.

Come join in the activities at the annual Garden Fest hosted by the Environmental Horticulture of Bakersfield College & the Country Garden Radio Show. Many different local nurseries and plant societies will be selling their plants. Make sure to stop by Sublime Succulents and see what we have been up to.
